Today started out pretty normally, I mean, I did have a meeting today which required me to get up earlier than usual and hitch a ride with my dad to school, but other than that (and experiencing the long wait for tricycles i only used to see from my car window), it was still pretty bleh. So i stumbled up to the Publications Office, where I was greeted from a yell from our Research head (who was also my classmate).
I guess the following conversation went like this (translated into English)

Me: Sorry I'm late, the traffic was terrible and-
Gav: You b*tch, you passed! (tagalog: Walanghiya, pumasa ka!)
Me: What? Yeah, I got my La Salle results last night.
Gav: No, not La Salle, UP! Materials Engineering!

So, YES. YES YES YES. well not really yes. I mean, it's good enough that I got INTO UP, but I wanted to take architecture, not Mat. Eng, so i cried a little bit and we went on with the meeting. Homeroom was filled with yelling at all the people in the class who passed (and shaking one of my friends who got into Business Admin, which was supposedly triple quota course or something like that, i'm not really sure.)

anyway, i've been planning to get back to my poor little neglected blog, and this news was one of the best i've received this 2011. I'm just hoping the rest of the year stays this great :)

(to people who got curious, I passed DLSU for IME-IT, and Materials Engineering for UP. xD)

these past few days have been.. i don't know. not exactly busy, but it's like when i FEEL like blogging, there's always something i have to do, and i just got some time to post.

ANYWAY.

one of my classmates who went abroad during the semestral break gave us kitkats earlier. ;D

wasabi and green tea kitkats, to be exact, and they were amazing~

i would have enjoyed them more if i didn't have a dang cold, but oh well :P

so that's it for today. am currently working on a new (pretty cute if i must say so) layout. i don't know when it'll be finished but i'll try to finish it before next week. :P

well, I haven't gotten the new layout up as i promised, and i haven't been active in yonks, and i guess i'm sorry for that.. these past few months have been really busy (with the being bombarded with performance tasks/projects, and exams and whatnot), and i haven't been feeling up to.. blogging. i guess things were getting boring, and reliving the boredom via posting it on my blog didn't really agree with me, so yus.

updates:

i'm reconsidering putting the layout i promised up. when i'm not too busy* (busy= too consumed by playing browser games. well just two really. habbohotel and ourworld.)

i'm trying to relearn CSS. that's probably one of the reasons why i can't put the layout up yet. i've forgotten some of the code stuff D;

i also got a new guitar, as well as some new books. i've finished both books and i've touched my guitar, like, once. xD

i went mall-hopping with my best friends since freshman year and ended up not buying anything. we went to her mom's office after though, and helped the little trick-or-treating kids. they were so cute!~

that's it for today. i'll post more when i think of more stuff. ;P

book review!~

The Joy Luck Club by Amy Tan

this was a book assigned by our english teacher for our book report on the first semester..
at first I didn't really want to read it (since he.. er, compared it to twilight, and I've never really been a fan of the series), but I thought, hey. He's going to force us to read this anyway, why not get it over with?
So I bought the book last sunday afternoon and finished reading the same night. x3
It was actually really good, I mean, maybe it's that I sort of understand the daughters' perspective. Their moms were born in china, and they were born in the US, and they had their different opinions and different experiences.
I sort of related to this, 'cause like everyone else, most times my mom and I aren't on the same wavelength at all, and.. yeah.

I guess that's it for now, I just remembered I still have to do some research for our performance tasks and stuff. x3

hey guys!
so, the first week of classes was pretty okay (aside from the extremely-packed lunch/break periods where we were forced to go to the college canteen just so we could eat and things) and the fact that we need to evacuate our beloved pretty classrooms by 4pm 'cause the law students are using the building.
anyway, I had CAT this morning, and it was pretty fun.
they taught us the basic commands and our officers made us do squats and bombers loads of times. (my knee actually hurts. D; )
anyway, when I got home I was so tired, but I had to go out again so I didn't get to sleep.
when I got to the mall I saw ricky, alyssa and ara. x3
I went with them for a while (okay, for the most part I was in line to play technika. I don't get how that card thing works.. but I want one. x3)
OH. OH. OH. ~~how was I supposed to know that you were oh-oh-over me I think that I should go.~~

I love my technical drawing class! :D
It seems amazing and though our teacher says it's going to be pretty hard,
I'm looking forward to it. (nerdalert. no, it's just that I want to take up architecture in college and this is sorta like a preparation of some sort. and drawing is fun :3 )

I love our new classroom!
(it looks so japanese-y, as my seatmate gabby said. i was ordered to bring a bento tomorrow. :D) the new building looks amazing compared to the old one (no offense. x3)
everything's all new, the boards (which are glass something) are shiny, the seats are awesome (they sorta flip back like movie seats when they aren't used, so they save space too), and the view is amazing too. :D
I'm really happy that my section gets to use the new building, since this'll be my last year in SBCA (I'm graduating in March :/ )
and I'm so pepped up about this year, I just think something good's going to happen, even when almost everything's going wrong. :)
and there's just something about starting school like this. everything feels.. new?
like anything's possible. :)

..oh. and we have to go to school this saturday morning for our CAT training.

i can't believe school's already started. ):
why does summer have to go by so fast?
anyway, we had our orientation today, and I'm officially a senior now (:
I felt a bit.. lonely? at the orientation, luckily Rai was sitting behind me and I talked to him and Ian (and even Nathan) while the orientation was going on.
School felt weird though.
A bit like everything was the same as it was, but it wasn't..
Like something was missing, maybe?
or maybe it was just that.. I'm a senior now.
I used to get so freaked out on the first day.. but now, it's like.. meh.
It was nice to see my friends, but.. it wasn't the same..
come back, Christian Aque, we miss you. :(

on the "brighter" side of things, there's now a junior scuba-diving club. I want to join but I really want to be a part of the yearbook committee thing this year, plus I've already promised to study hard and probably get good grades, and too many extracurriculars just might take away too much of my time..
My section is the Engineering and Architecture career class (also known as Physical Science or PhySci), and we'll be taking Physics, Technical Physics, Technical Drawing, Autocad, and Accounting on top of that. I really think I should prioritize my studies, so.. yeah.
I've still got some time to decide on a club though. :)

/ps: no, I am not a nerd, and I am not taking all of those classes by choice. My school offers a lot of things like that and they differ according to what career class you're in (ie: the Medicine track has Fundamentals of Biology and Zoology, or FBZ, and BHAP, while the Arts and Letters track has journalism and classic philosophy or something. The Business class gets to.. raise chickens.. I think? They're lucky.. I want to raise chickens too D; /

so, i just watched three movies, karate kid, kickass and date night.

karate kid is an awesome movie and it's sort of inspiring in a way, I definitely think people should watch it. :D
it's about this kid, Dre, who was forced to move with his mom to beijing and had to 'adjust'.. and this group of kids kept bullying him, and mr. han (i don't know how to spell the name..) happened to save him and taught him kung fu and stuff.
my dad still doesn't get why it's called "karate kid" when it's about kung fu. LOL.
jackie chan is still awesome whichever way you look at it. :D
I'm looking for the dragon's well or whatever it was called if I ever go back to beijing. :D

kickass was awesome too, it's just a bit.. gory?
it's about a teen guy who wanted to be a superhero. he gets beaten up a lot though.
nicholas cage plays big daddy. :D
there are a lot of scenes with blood and violence and things, though,
so if you hate blood and violence, I don't think you should watch this.

date night was.. really funny. :D
this one is about a married couple trying to 'save' their married life..
and they stole a wanted couple's dinner reservations.
it doesn't sound like much but I don't really want to give anything away :D

entry two for today. :)
this morning before my dad dropped me off at the review school, we went to have breakfast and stuff and I showed up thirty minutes late for class.
it was a good thing that the teacher didn't mind. :D
after that I went to the mall and sortof hung around a bit trying to decide if I should get something from BK or watch a movie.
I gave up on both and went home. xD
oh, and one of my friends asked me if I wanted to go out tomorrow night.
~~I'm not sure my dad's going to let me~~ I'm pretty sure he won't let me go though.
we're supposed to watch Marmaduke, since we've watched everything else already. xD
I really want to watch though. :)

i'm up early today. D;
i have my darn college thingys again this morning, and I'll be leaving in a little while.
I just had nothing to do, and Kuu can't go online yet, so, yeah.

I randomly took this picture while talking to my friend Dominic (we arrived around 30 minutes before class started D; )

these past couple of days i've mostly been thinking about college. :/
i'm still sort of undecided, but of course, I sort of want to be an architect.

i'm back! :D
so, that really long period of no new posts was really annoying for me, since I really really love my blog and my readers (aww. i don't even know how many read my posts. ;D)
but, yes.
I got back from my vacation in china about.. fifteen days ago?
but I just couldn't get up the energy to post something new.
but now I'm back, La Belle Erreur is up and running again, and with a new layout!
hehe. I know it looks really pink and I still need to work on it a bit more,
but I sort of like it. :D
It was based on this cute little mirror I have at home that I got in japan around six years ago. (:

So, today I watched robin hood. ;D
personally I thought it was a bit of a letdown
(I was expecting it to be awesome, but then again I watched prince of persia first. heehee.)
but generally it was okay.
it just wasn't my type, and I felt really sad for the blind old man. D;
the story talks about.. er, Robin Hood before he became an 'outlaw' and how he actually ended up as one. I won't talk about anything else; I might spoil it for you.
the way he shot that bad guy through the neck was awesome though.

school starts on the 16th. D;
on the bright side, i'm still in the physci section (this is where the kids who want to be engineers or architects end up) and I get to be with my friends. (:
the bad side is that this is my last year in high school.

and my boyfriend won't be studying in my school anymore.
I'm really going to miss him.. :j
and college applications are really hassling me. :/

Update on these past few days:
Friday, April 16
I went to AHEAD, as usual, and angelli and dominic and I went out during break to buy french fries. :D
Our 'class' picture is on monday and they told us all to wear blue.
It's sort of sad that it's already ending so soon.
I actually sort of like it, even if I do look bored and sort of apathetic in class. :/
Sudden Problem: what do I wear?

Last saturday (well, yesterday)
My dad bought me pepper spray.
He says it's for self defense, since I commute often and a lot of people notice me on the street.
I think it's because he thinks I can't do taekwondo in heels. xD
Anyway, I bought a matcha green tea moolatte from dairy queen.
I swear it's the best thing I've ever ever ever tasted in moolatte form. :))

Oh, and we saw this awesome full-scale (i think?) model of an F1 car..

yes, you heard me. LEGO! :D
doesn't the word Lego make you so happy?

Well, I actually wanted to watch kickass and hot tub time machine, but they were both R-13 and my 11-year old brother passes off as a nine-year-old*, so we couldn't sneak him in. D:
(I'm one to talk, I don't even look 13. And I'm supposed to be 16 this year! I guess I'm always going to be one of those people who have to carry their licenses wherever they go.. D:)

It was pretty good though, especially because I could actually relate to Greg's dilemma of fitting in, wanting to be popular.. Things like that. :)
My favorite character would be.. the Chirag dude. :))
no, really! I don't know why though. I just like him. yaaay.
And Devon Bostick (Greg's big brother in the film) is ~~hot~~ cute :P
Anyway, we missed the first part of the movie so we stayed in the theater for the next showing.
Surprise, surprise, a group of american guys walked in and sat in the row in front of mine.
My first reaction was 'oh noo..' xD
Err.. ~~I have a weird thing for american guys.~~

Other than that, I feel a bit weird right now.
I'm happy that I'm leaving for China on the 25th, but I'm sort of not. :/
I hate the feeling that you're leaving someone important behind.. :[
and I really really hate the feeling that you're not going to see each other again..

I've been waking up at around 11 am everyday since I've started having my college reviews. I sort of think that it's cause my schedule is 1-5 pm and the rest of my day is spent on my laptop or playing on some other random console (usually until 2 am), so I sleep in the morning.

I haven't posted yesterday! D:
I was so busy trying to fix the layouts (thank you kitty for telling me about the font colors! :D) and monitoring a forum and trying to figure out where to get a contact form, and things like that.
which isn't really that interesting. >_>

yesterday in class we did General Information.
So our teacher Ms. Kim grouped us into six groups, namely..

4-- Hindi nag-effort (they couldn't think up a name so they told the teacher to make one up, and the teacher wrote that. Basically it means that they didn't.. er, exert effort into thinking up a name. Phew, that was long.)

Anyway, I was in group 1, and in the end, we won with 105 points. YAY! xD
The team with the lowest score had to do whatever consequence the winners thought up.
We made group 5 dance on the platform but that's not the case xD
I think it's pretty blog-worthy 'cause I happened to sort of click with my groupmates and have so much fun with them.

today's been really boring, 'cause:
1.) the boyf is away at la union or something and yeah, and i sorta got used to having him over. Yeah, even matt.
2.) there wasn't anything to do.

Anyway, I woke up at 12 am (which explains my headache) and fell asleep again at about 3 am.
theeen when I woke up again at maybe 9, I ate and ended up in front of my laptop.

It's a fashion community where you get to dress up your "poupee" or an avatar with items you buy with "ribbons" and "jewels" (the currency used in the site). There's so much to do (like post pictures of your own clothes.. haha, yeah, it's fun :P), but it's a little hard to navigate since a few pages are still untranslated and in japanese. It's worth it though. :D

anyway, this entry's going to be all about the cheering competition (last jan 22, 2010.. or, er, yesterday.)
anyway, yesterday was exhausting, sweaty, loud and.. HOT.
not just 'cause of the.. er.. heat.
eh. you know what I mean.
the competition was so thick you could feel it.
with all that said, It was still very fun.
When you're "in the zone", and screaming your head off trying to sing the chants while looking for your misplaced board, you don't really notice much else. haha.

and I guess in the end, all our batch's hard work paid off. :D

I don't get it. Why would someone get so mad over losing? I mean, I know that no one hates losing. I hate losing too. But even if I'm such a bad sport over some things, I know that sooner or later I'm going to have to get over it. Why would anyone carry a grudge for that long? It's been two years, for crying out loud. Our win over the sophomores wasn't intentional. As Mau said, Everyone wants to win. Of course. That's what we wanted then. So we did our best, period. It's not something someone should take too seriously. If they wanted to win, they should've done better. People shouldn't get too overconfident. "Remember that when you're not training, someone in the world is, and when you meet them, they will beat you.", I got that from the Montea Gym. haha. Am I getting too serious? I just feel like.. getting it off my chest. KASI NAMAN. Rivalry (or competition, whatever) is totally fine with me when the game's on, but whatever happens in the court should stay there. Sana kasi walang bitterness or anything. If they feel like we're opposing them, it's because they're doing it. It's like pushing the door the wrong way. Kahit anong tulak mo nyan, di talaga bubukas, kasi MALI nga. Parang ganun yun. We can't fix anything by fighting. Hay. I'm off topic na. What I'm trying to say is.. Seniors. You guys are older than us. As you guys say nga, you're more mature. Please try to act as you say. Mature people can handle matters in a calm way. They won't throw tantrums when they don't get what they want. They don't try to bully others to make them give what they want. Mature people don't bitch about people they don't like. Just 'cause someone's old doesn't mean that they're mature. Maturity, though usually associated with age, has nothing to do with that. Maturity is how you're able to handle the pieces of shit life chucks at you and making the best of it. Mature people such as you guys know that. Ugh. I guess what I'm really trying to say is.. Yung tungkol naman kay Sarah Jaspio, nilabas ng batchmates ko yung JTV hindi dahil wala kaming concern sa kanya. Sinabihan kami na next na ang Juniors. Hindi ninyo masasabi na we don't care for her dahil hindi ninyo alam ang totoong naramdaman namin. Seeing what exactly happened hurts. In my part, feeling ko ako yung nahulog. Makita ba naman ng harapan eh. Kung sa tingin ninyo na mali ang pagsisigaw at pagtatalon namin sa pagkapanalo namin, sorry pero nagkakamali kayo. First day of batch practices for the cheering competition on friday is today.
First day pa lang.. pero parang ayoko nang magpractice tomorrow.
Damn kasi.
It was ok na until we saw our batch's choreographer.
I mean.. SERIOUSLY.
she might be good (i can't really say for sure.. but I can tell you guys that her aim's a little off.. well, more like a lot off.), but I hate the way she treats the cheerleaders (and our batch).
It's like.. Ugh.
She keeps on demeaning our batch and our cheerdancers (who are doing the best they can.. and they look pretty great while performing too), going as far as calling us stupid and cursing at us.
I mean.. yeah. If she thought we needed more effort or something, she could've said it nicer.

Well, Christmas Vacation's over and school's back in,

but despite of my constant complaining about the vacation being boring, I didn't want it to end..

'Cause school's even more annoyingly boring. >_>
I guess it was nice seeing my schoolmates again. :)
We didn't have much lessons yet today; I guess even the teachers were stuck in the vacation haze.
I'm pretty glad, whatever the reason.
I'm sure I wouldn't have been able to survive being faced with Chem lessons on the very first day.
Hahaha.
Anyway, We have new seating arrangements now.
I'm sitting beside Trish and in front of me is Ricky. On his right is Craig. So, yes, I almost never stop talking. :))

It was fun, but.. it wasn't as fun as the previous years (i mean, first year and second year).. I guess I'm starting to grow out of the childish games I used to love.. We did karaoke and watched a movie. There were lots of foooood. Anyway, I wanna thank Kat, Anj, Alyssa, Christian, and the other people who gave me gifts.. I didn't really expect to get anything, so it was a fun surprise when I did. xD

Anyway, I went to the night service (or mass, I think.. xD) then my mum told me we were having a party and stuff. Long story short, All my old friends were there and I ended up having fun. :D

I've been taking my lessons for two (if we count my training later, that's three) days straight, and skating for 4-5 straight hours after my lesson.

So, yes, I am very very sore but I am loving every single bit of it. :))

Yeah.. the gradeschool kids heard that, so they were laughing too.. And I told our bus conductor and we were all teasing her then she yells out that she meant "OHMYGOD OHMYGOD! THE LEAF IS SO BIG!"

That gave me a headache; I was laughing too hard.

I've got a massive headache.
I think I caught it earlier sa school (approximately at the start of the Chemistry test).
And until now I feel like my head's been hit by a mallet. or something like that.

I just got home a little while ago kasi I was planning to get some stuff ready for my thesis..

I accomplished NOTHING.

I just got ink all over my uniform. xDDDD

after exams, kat m. and I went to Angelli's house.

Kat was so atat to go kasi she had to do "something" daw, so both Anj and I guessed na she needed to have a poo or something, pero di pala. xDDD

We, like, ate, ate, soundtripped, ate, and watched paranormal activity.

Yung gravy ni kat napunta sa paa ni Anj then the kalamansi thing rolled all the way to the next room (she dropped, like, yung lalagyan ng food. hahaha.)

we also had an in-depth discussion about boys. And taylor lautner. AND taylor swift kissing taylor lautner.

then we got ready to meet 32 sa ATC. :)

Jinno was AWESOME at guitar hero. :))

Megan and Kyna had their hair curled. :P

So anywy, Kten's top was clashing with her shoes and bag so we went around shopping for a top that didn't. xD

and I bought eyeliner. xD

after that, we met 32 at picture city and, yeah. Ang FUN. :P

Kat, Anj and I (plus Kten) went back to Anj's house, where we had a super-makeover. :))

Kten's a genius with the curling iron. And the eyeliner. I did ok with everything else. xD

So after we were all set (it was 8 na! and the dance started at 7 haha), We had an ultimate pic session and stuff and we went to the dance in Angelli's car.

So, yeah, we were FINALLY at the dance!

It was really noisy and dark inside, and everyone was going loco with those glowy thingies and hanging them everywhere xD

at first I wasn't having much fun cause *edited out* and I kept getting lost but when I got into everything it was fun. Like, seriously.

Tera's abs are still as hard as ever. xDD

friday: nov 20th
today is bunny overload day. :)
our section was picked as permanent audience for the dramafest.
and since so many people from our section was part of the play, we didn't even have proper lessons. puro free time. we even played cards nung CVE. CVE pa talaga. xD
spent most of the day reading and cuddling ms. bun-bun, the little bunny Ricky bought at the fair. Sa sobrang obsession ko, I bought one for myself.
she's a black rabbit we call chocobun. she's so cute, pero she's more of a night rabbit.. she doesn't like it pag maaraw and she's more active in the dark. we were playing with the bunnies the whole time the fourth years were acting. :D
then it was new moon time.
yes, i took chocobun to see new moon with Kuu and Craig. :P
the movie wasn't very interesting for me.. i was so bored.. so i kept bothering kuu 'til he couldn't take it anymore.. xDDDD

saturday, Nov 21st: PTC day.
I went to training and got sick. I did better at training though. So now they tell me that I should always be sick when I go to training. oh, ha-ha. *eye roll*..
Aaron and Queen were there, but Aaron wouldn't talk to me. What's HIS problem?
anyway, I was so scared kasi PTC nga, pero I managed to get through training with a minor injury (i slipped.. ok na sana kaso i twisted my arm when I fell and I fell on it.. so mega ouch..).. I got, like, ok grades. hey, at least di ako bumagsak sa Chem! woooot. Actually, if I didn't get an 82 in chem and I got at least 86, I would be in the honor roll, but, ah well. We went to ATC in the afternoon, like always, and I talked to Jan Carlo sa Kumon. I'll be totally honest: I really missed talking to him like that. Let's just dismiss the fact that he told me he wanted to beat Aque up for what he did to me..

I'm still sick (fever, cough and colds.. damn.. nkkairita..) and nadagdagan pa ng training namin yesterday. We did a new type of exercise kasi.. like, SERIOUSLY.
oh; did I tell you guys na my dad doesn't want me to use facebook anymore? He says it takes too much of my time, and di na ako nakakapagaral. DARNIT. well, I won't STOP stop, but I'll, like, cut my time into an hour of facebook na lang. that's a pretty good compromise, oui? xD

so.. it was my section's exposure trip today.

we went to la salle taft, then to toei animations.

it was vair vair tiring, but really fun.

It was really cool at la salle, it was insane fun and we saw this guy with a HUUUUUUUUUUGEEEEEE green jansport bag.. and I DO mean huge.

I guess kasya kami dun pareho ni Angelli at the same time :))

Kuya Aaron and Keith gave us a tour of the Engineering Department there.

they were so nice. :D

Then went insane with the "french fry escapades". :))

then we had the part 2 of the french fry escapades sa loob ng bus, featuring jm talaver and meli ungco, andaming nakakalat na french fry bits sa floor after. don't worry, we cleaned it all up and put the dirty fries sa mcdo cup na apparently nilandi ko daw. xD

after mcdo (and the part 2 in the bus) we went to Toei Animations, which is at Eastwood Mall, I think..

It was insanely awesome there, and Mr. Fournier (sorry po kung mali spelling!) was very very nice.

The animators there were super nice and really ok with us hanging around while they were working. Most of us actually got to draw a little too! :))

it really was an insane great experience for me. :))

kaya siguro exposure trip. hehe.

and though total buzzkill yung pag-iwan sakin ng schoolbus and the fact that i had to commute home and i got home at like almost 7, it was really fun. :D

i had a LOT of food. :))

so, kahit na di ko nakasama si aque sa anniversary namin, it was still vair fun.

after watching the movie we went to buy something Nikkie needed, then we went to the Gap for the longsleeved shirt Keith wanted for cosplay. Then we played around with some Lego blocks at Rustans, and Keith was laughing at me kasi kasya ako dun sa playhouse thingie na may slide..

probably 'cause i haven't really been in the mood to rant about all the bad stuff that's been happening right now.. thought i'd spare everyone from my dark perspective on life. >_>

it's Craig's party tomorrow afternoon, i'm sooo psyched that my dad would let me come. :D

it'll be really fun, since lots of people will be there. hehe.

well, he's getting sorta nervous that there'll be people who won't come kasi the LONG TESTS are on monday and tuesday. Well, I hope nothing goes wrong. It's gonna be insane fun ee!

Kuu's suspension is today, but, being himself, he still went to school to see me. Then snuck out when first bell rang. haha. As far as I know he's still at Mike's house.. or maybe not?

of COURSE the girls won ;)

at maybe 11ish i left my house to go to atc to pick up Aque, Trish and Keith kasi they were coming over to my house.

When we got there, wala pa sila. So we went to Starbucks (yum at the coffee jelly) while my cousin bought herself popcorn. POPCORN. at 11 am. >_>

so anyway, we wait til 12, then Aque arrives.

he thought he was gonna be late (he WAS! xD), then.. yun.

we waited 'til like 12:30 pero Trish and Keith never came. xD

so dalawa lang kami ni Aque.

at my house.

my family was shooting him weird looks kc we were alone sa room ko.. he was playing DS tas ako naglalaro ng Patapon 2. xD

sobrang awkward siguro para sakanya nun, sorry baby! xD

overall, it was still insanely fun cause of all the *writing not supported by coding*.. xD
