what's in YOUR bag? ;D
22 June 2010
I don't have anything else to do (I just finished my technical drawing homework) so I guess it's time for a bit of fun.. :D

book review!~
The Joy Luck Club by Amy Tan

this was a book assigned by our english teacher for our book report on the first semester..
at first I didn't really want to read it (since he.. er, compared it to twilight, and I've never really been a fan of the series), but I thought, hey. He's going to force us to read this anyway, why not get it over with?
So I bought the book last sunday afternoon and finished reading the same night. x3
It was actually really good, I mean, maybe it's that I sort of understand the daughters' perspective. Their moms were born in china, and they were born in the US, and they had their different opinions and different experiences.
I sort of related to this, 'cause like everyone else, most times my mom and I aren't on the same wavelength at all, and.. yeah.
I guess that's it for now, I just remembered I still have to do some research for our performance tasks and stuff. x3
- notebooks for the subjects of the day
- my trusty black sign pens (0.5)
- a red pen (for checking stuff and writing titles, etc.)
- my glasses (these are going in the bin soon for *dundudunn*.. contacts! :D )
- a novel:the joy luck club by amy tan* (book report for english)
- the cute kuromi wallet I bought at takashimaya a year back (I miss singapore. :[ )
- 5 yuan (I don't know why I have this in my bag.. xD)
- tic tacs (for when I get sleepy in class :P )
- pressed powder
- born lippy raspberry lip balm from the body shop
- concealer from the body shop (number 02.. x3 )
- my ipod (i still can't fill up the 120gb storing capacity.. D; )
TECHNICAL DRAWING STUFF
- an HB pencil
- an erasing shield (the little metal thing)
- an eraser
- triangles
- protractor
